At Artozyma 2026, the art of baking becomes the common ground uniting four countries – Greece, Italy, Spain, and Portugal – in a groundbreaking collaboration. Baking Together – Mediterranean Edition highlights each country’s rich tradition, brings forward innovative approaches, and for the first time presents the public with a complete Mediterranean bakery experience.
The members of each team are leading professionals who have been tested and distinguished in the most prestigious international competitions of the sector. Throughout the exhibition, the four teams will be in action – kneading, presenting, and preparing recipes live before the audience. A unique experience of knowledge and taste, bringing Mediterranean bakery’s tradition and innovation to the forefront.

RICHEMONT CLUB — A global standard for bakery excellence
The Richemont Club International and its national branches (Spain, Italy, Portugal, etc.) form a prestigious network connecting top bakery and pastry professionals across Europe and beyond. Established in 1948 after post-war training initiatives, the Club promotes technical training, knowledge exchange and craftsmanship culture.
Its members include leading artisans and educators, shaping techniques, competitions and professional standards. For Baking Together, Richemont brings authority, skill and a Europe-wide collaborative spirit.
Each of the teams — Spain, Italy, and Portugal — are members of this network, and through this affiliation they share the high standards and exceptional expertise that characterize the Richemont Club and the professionals who belong to it.
The Greek national team is proud to be currently in the process of joining the Richemont family, with the establishment of a national branch, Richemont Club Greece.
